INTRODUCING OUR
ISLAND CRAFT TEA GIN

— A Gin led by Tea —

Born from Taiwan’s mountain tea heritage, this gin is built upon the deep character of heavy-roast Oolong tea.

Co-distilled with six classic botanicals and vapor-infused with roasted leaves, it is proofed with oolong hydrosol drawn from Pacific deep ocean water, then gently rested in high-toasted American white oak.

The result is a spirit of quiet refinement —where tea roast meets citrus brightness, and vanilla wood lingers in calm balance.

島嶼茶琴酒 - 炭焙烏龍

源自台灣名間高山茶,以重焙烏龍為主調,結合六款經典香料共蒸餾,並以茶葉冷凝蒸氣浸潤,再以取自太平洋深層海水的烏龍茶純露調製,最後於高烘烤美國白橡木中靜置熟成。

於茶焙火香、柑橘明亮與香草木韻間,展現出細膩平衡的島嶼氣質。

Crafted from a bold blend of barley and wheat, KANO: Double Play is the debut expression from TEAPSY’s own distillery — The Island Distillery Co., Ltd.

Born from Taiwan’s island spirit, KANO: Double Play is a dual-grain whisky crafted from barley and wheat, distilled four times for purity and aged in American bourbon barrels. A tribute to Taiwan’s craftsmanship and resilience, it carries notes of nuts, floral tones, and warm toffee—smooth, layered, and distinctly Formosan.

以台灣島嶼精神為名,KANO: Double Play 以大麥與小麥雙穀釀製,四次蒸餾凝鍊純粹風味,並於美國波本桶中熟成。
香氣細膩、層次豐富,帶堅果、花香與太妃糖氣息——致敬台灣的工藝與韌性,展現專屬福爾摩沙的優雅。
